I interview your leadership, assess your stack and your data, and hand you a prioritized action plan your team can execute, with or without me. It is a fixed $4,500 for the two weeks, and the full fee is credited back when you continue into a 6- or 12-month Fractional CMTO retainer.
Why is this paid, when other firms give away an audit for free?
A free audit is built to sell you the next thing. This is built to be useful on its own. The two weeks are real work: interviews, a stack assessment, and a plan specific enough to execute. You own it whether or not we ever work together again. Paying for it keeps the incentives honest.
What do you need from me and my team?
A few hours of leadership time for interviews, access to the tools and data we are assessing, and straight answers. That is most of it. I do the heavy lifting. Your team's time goes into conversations, not into building decks for me.
Can the Roadmap lead into other work?
Often, yes, and that is by design. Some businesses take the plan and run it themselves. Others use it as the starting point for Scoped Project Work or a Fractional CMTO retainer.
