Profile Power-Up

Your team’s first handshake happens on LinkedIn.

Make it earn the sales call.

Prospects look your reps up on LinkedIn before they ever call back. So I built the Profile Power-Up: I write the hard parts for every rep in advance, then your whole team puts it all live in one 90-minute working session.

$99 per rep · five-rep minimum · one 90-minute session
Jim Haney's LinkedIn profile as a prospect sees it: AI plus marketing plus technology leadership, verified, with a five-figure follower count

This is mine, the way a buyer sees it. I build your team's to the same standard.

What every rep walks away with

Every rep, powered up.

Your reps are great at selling. A LinkedIn profile is a marketing job, and nobody hired them to be marketers. So I do that part, one rep at a time:

01

A custom About section for each rep, written and optimized by me, built around your company's value proposition, your tagline, and who you sell to.

02

A custom headline, tuned to how your buyers actually search and skim, and optimized for LinkedIn search.

03

A standardized job title, set exactly as you provide it on the roster and aligned to your company's guidelines.

04

A custom Experience entry for their role with your company, written for your buyers and customers first, and optimized for the LinkedIn algorithm.

05

Four custom profile banners in your brand, built from your logo, tagline, and colors. Every rep picks theirs, and the whole team stays uniform.

06

Their custom LinkedIn URL, claimed live in the session. I show every rep exactly how.

07

A Skills section built live with me, around the skills that underscore their role and their value, for your buyers and for LinkedIn.

08

Headshot guidance: what a great one needs, what to avoid, and a proven prompt for Google Gemini or ChatGPT that turns one of their own photos into a headshot that looks polished, professional, and never overly AI-generated.

All of it built from your roster and your brand before we ever meet. No homework for your reps.

How it works

Built before. Applied live. Reinforced after.

Three steps, and only one of them needs your team's time.

Before we meet

You send the roster of your reps and your brand assets: your logo, your tagline, and a little about your company.

We hold a 30-minute planning call, so I know exactly what you want underscored with your team
I write every rep's package and build your four banners
It all lands in each rep's inbox the night before
The 90 minutes

One live working session over video, your whole team.

The first 30 minutes: LinkedIn best practices for 2026, and what will make your team's profiles stand out from the competition
The next 60: all hands on, every rep applying everything we covered and everything I sent, live with me
After the session

The work keeps paying off after we log off.

Your branded field guide keeps every best practice in the team's hands
The Sales Manager's Checklist gives your managers a simple way to inspect, coach, and reinforce, rep by rep

Built for sales teams of five to about twenty-five. Bigger team, say so and we'll scope it.

FAQ

Common questions

What is a LinkedIn Profile Power-Up?
A Profile Power-Up is a LinkedIn profile rebuild for your whole sales team. I write each rep's About section, headline, standardized job title, and Experience entry before we ever meet, then your team applies everything live with me in one 90-minute working session. The team keeps four custom banners in your brand, your branded LinkedIn 2026 Best Practices Field Guide, and the Sales Manager's Checklist. $99 per rep, with a five-rep minimum.
How much does the Profile Power-Up cost?
$99 per rep, with a five-rep minimum. That covers the planning call, everything I write and build for each rep beforehand, their seat in the live working session, and every asset your team keeps. You pay once, up front, when you book.
Why is it priced per rep?
Because most of the work happens one rep at a time, before we ever meet. Working from your brand and your roster, I write each rep's About section, headline, and Experience entry, and standardize every title. Each profile gets real, individual attention, so the price follows the roster, not seats in a webinar.
How does the session work?
It is one 90-minute working session over video. The night before, each rep's package lands in their inbox: their About section, headline, standardized title, and Experience entry, written and ready to go. We spend the first 30 minutes on LinkedIn best practices for 2026 and what makes your team's profiles stand out from the competition. The next 60 are all hands on, with every rep putting their package live with me.
What does each rep walk away with?
A powered-up profile: a custom banner in your brand, a custom headline, a standardized job title, their custom LinkedIn URL, an About section written and optimized by me, a custom Experience entry for their role with your company, and a Skills section built live around their role and their value. The team also keeps your branded LinkedIn 2026 Best Practices Field Guide, and your managers keep the Sales Manager's Checklist.
Do you provide headshots?
Not directly, and that is deliberate: the best profile photo is one your rep chooses and is happy with. The field guide covers what a great headshot needs and what to avoid, and it includes a proven prompt each rep can run in Google Gemini or ChatGPT, with one of their own photos as the reference, to create polished options and pick the one that feels like them. The goal is a headshot that looks professional and natural, never unprofessional and never obviously AI-generated.
What if a rep cannot apply everything during the session?
The goal is for every rep to finish everything during the session, and it is built so they can. On a real working day, though, a rep might get pulled into a live deal or have to step away for a few minutes. That is exactly why every asset is written and sent ahead, and why the field guide and the Sales Manager's Checklist exist. Each rep already has their About section, headline, title, and Experience entry in hand. The field guide walks through everything we cover, and the checklist gives your managers a simple, rep-by-rep way to follow up, coach, and carry any profile the rest of the way.
What do we need to send ahead of time?
Two things, then a call. The roster: each rep's name, title, city and state, territory, specialty, and LinkedIn profile link. Your brand: your logo, your tagline, your website, and a little about your company and who you sell to. Then we hold a 30-minute planning call so I know exactly what you want underscored before I build.
How many people can join?
On average, teams run between five and twenty-five reps, and one 90-minute session fits that range well. If yours is larger, let's talk and we'll build a custom package. A bigger group can simply need more than 90 minutes, so every rep gets the hands-on time to finish.
