AI Workflows for Marketing & Sales

Put AI to work in marketing and sales.

Build and test three practical AI workflows with your marketing, sales, or account-management team. Four weeks of hands-on work with real assignments.

For established technology service businesses. Especially MSPs and office technology dealers, with commercial security integrators as a relevant fit.

Tools I work with

  • ChatGPT
  • Claude
  • Grok Bot

AI tools keep changing. I bring hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok Bot to help your team put useful methods into practice. Together, we choose one primary platform that fits your work, your approved tools, and what your people can maintain.

  • One team
  • Four weeks
  • $6,500

Want to start smaller? Build one workflow over two weeks for $1,750.

Start with a real bottleneck

Which part of the buying process needs better follow-through?

Choose recurring marketing or sales work that uses accurate information your team can access and approve. We agree on one area of work and the tasks worth improving.

  1. 01

    Discovery and follow-up

Turn approved discovery notes into a follow-up that reflects the buyer’s priorities and agreed next step. The account manager checks it before sending.

  2. 02

    Requirements and proposals

Use approved requirements and service details to prepare a proposal draft. Your team verifies scope, pricing, and every commitment.

  3. 03

    Pipeline and management reviews

Bring current pipeline information into a management review. Check stages, missing facts, and next steps against the source records.

One workflow, made concrete

Discovery notes → reviewed follow-up

DISCOVERY NOTES

Cedar Ridge Supply has three locations and is evaluating managed IT services. The operations lead wants consistent support updates. Pricing and scope are still open. The agreed next step is a service review.

The team supplies approved notes and instructions. No system integration is required for this example.

What changes

Workflows your team can keep using.

We agree on what a good result looks like before we start. Then we test the work, improve it, and write down how to run it.

  • Three documented workflows

Each has an agreed list of what goes in, a clear output, and a named reviewer.

  • A team that can run them

People practice on actual assignments between sessions and demonstrate the work at the end.

  • Evidence of what improved

We compare preparation time, review and correction effort, output quality, and actual use.

A clear scope. A fixed price.

One team. Four weeks. Work you keep.

The complete program

Team Workflow Program

$6,500 per team

Build a set of related workflows around one team’s recurring work.

  • Four weeks and four 90-minute working sessions
  • One team, up to ten participants in one group
  • Three agreed, documented workflows
  • Manager intake, handoff, and a results scorecard
  • Written rules for data use and human review
  • A 45-minute manager review 30 days later, plus up to one hour of workflow adjustments

Start with one workflow

First Phase

$1,750 one-time fee

A focused way to put one piece of work into practice before deciding whether to go further.

  • Two weeks and two 90-minute working sessions
  • One team, up to ten participants in one group
  • One agreed workflow and written instructions
  • A review checklist and a short results readout
  • Your team keeps what it builds

If you continue: add $4,750 and move straight into weeks three and four. The first two sessions and first workflow count toward the $6,500 program total. We keep the same team and scope. A later restart is agreed separately.

Just you, or two of you? That’s a different conversation, and I’m happy to have it on the call.

Software subscriptions are purchased separately. Delivery is live and remote. We agree in writing, before purchase, on who is on the team and whether any additional groups join. We agree on the workflows and required access in writing before you start.

The four weeks

Build it. Try it. Make it hold.

  1. Week 1

    Choose and build

Select the first task, establish a baseline, and build the first workflow.

  2. Week 2

    Use and improve

Try it on real work, review the results, and document the process.

  3. Week 3

    Apply what works

Build the next two related workflows and test them between sessions.

  4. Week 4

    Demonstrate and hand over

The team runs its work, reviews the scorecard, and agrees on the manager’s routine.

What I need from your team

A participating manager, approved access to the information, and time to practice. For the full program, plan on four 90-minute working sessions across the four weeks, two of them in the first two weeks, and about one hour of practice each week for active participants. We confirm the commitment before starting.

Before you start

A few practical questions.

What do you mean by a workflow?
One recurring task with an agreed list of what goes in, repeatable instructions, a defined output, and a named reviewer. The three workflows serve one team and one area of work. We scope their complexity before starting. Haney Strategy is an independent practice, not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, or other platform providers.
Do we need technical experience?
No. Your team needs to understand its own work and be willing to practice. We build in plain language and document the steps so people can use them again.
What if we already use another AI tool?
We start with one primary platform, chosen for the work, your company’s approved tools, and your team’s ability to maintain the workflow. That may be ChatGPT, Claude, or another suitable tool. Features and data controls differ by vendor and plan. This program does not include every tool I use. If your existing tools already solve the problem, that matters to the recommendation.
What happens to our information?
Before the team begins, we agree in writing on approved notes, account settings, and review responsibilities, using the terms and controls of your selected platform and plan. Your company decides what may be used. Your people approve customer-facing outputs.
How does training fit into the work?
Training happens through your team’s own assignments. We build the workflows together, practice between sessions, evaluate the results, and document the steps. The full program ends with your team demonstrating the work and reviewing the scorecard. We measure preparation time, checking effort, output quality, and actual use. Time savings and revenue are not guaranteed.
Does this include integrations or custom software?
The program uses approved information your team can already provide to the selected tool. Custom software, new system integrations, unattended sending, and extensive source cleanup require separate scope. Ongoing support is not included. The full program includes the 45-minute manager review 30 days later and up to one hour of workflow adjustments stated above.
What if our team is larger than ten?
We agree on a separate scope for additional groups. Every participant needs enough working time and feedback for the process to be useful.
