Four ways to cut the noise and move the number.

A growing business has a lot in motion. My job is to help you separate the signal from the noise and focus your team on the few things that move the P&L. Pick the way in that fits where you are right now.

FAQ

Common questions.

What does “fractional” mean?
A fractional executive gives you a senior leader for a fraction of every week, at a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire. You get the experience, the seat at your table, and the accountability, sized to what your business actually needs. My flagship engagement works this way: I serve as your Chief Marketing and Technology Officer, or CMTO, 10 dedicated hours every week on retainer.
How much of your time do I actually get?

Each engagement has its own cadence and depth.

The Power-Up sessions are scoped to the session. The Profile Power-Up is one 90-minute team session; the AI Prospecting Power-Up is a half-day, with the kits, the team playbook, and the owner debrief included.

The Website Rebuild runs in three scoped phases: the Blueprint, the Build, and the True-Up. Each one is done when what it promised is in your hands.

The Fractional CMTO retainer is a dedicated seat: 10 hours of my time every week, in your weekly leadership cadence, tracked and reported with your monthly invoice. Weekly calls, weekly milestones, and weekly deliverables, all pointed at measurable business outcomes.

What’s the minimum engagement length?

The Fractional CMTO seat runs on a six-month or a twelve-month term. Your term is the commitment: after it, the seat continues month to month at the rate you locked in, with thirty days’ notice either way.

If you started on the twelve-month term, you stay at the twelve-month rate going forward. If you started on the six-month term and commit to a full year at any point, the rate drops to the twelve-month level from that month forward. Whatever your most recent commitment level is, that’s the rate you keep.

Shorter, defined work is a fixed-price project instead: a website rebuild, a CRM build, or a large AI workflow build, scoped and priced on the intro call.

The Power-Ups and the Website Rebuild are scoped to their own timelines and don’t carry minimums.

Do you work with my existing team, or replace anyone?

I work with your existing team. I can also work alongside any agencies or consultants you have in place, and run point on them when that’s useful.

The role is leadership and execution combined. I drive direction, decisions, and senior-level execution alongside your team. I roll up my sleeves and work alongside the people you’ve already built around you.

What’s not included?

Anything outside of our scoped agreement.

If the scope of work starts to shift or evolve mid-engagement, we pause and reassess together. Every engagement is built around a specific measurable outcome. If the work starts pulling in a different direction, we either reshape the scope deliberately or stay focused on what we agreed to. That’s how we make sure the engagement actually delivers on the goals you set, instead of drifting.

Can we start with a smaller engagement and expand later?

Yes, absolutely. A Power-Up session is a common starting point. So is the Website Rebuild’s Blueprint, a fixed $5,000 phase that stands on its own. Each one gives both sides a clear, scoped way to start working together before considering a longer commitment.

The goal is to mirror the agreement to your actual business needs, not to box you into the largest engagement on the menu. If the right next step is a smaller one, that’s where we start.

Can I see references of your past work?

There are 65+ recommendations on my LinkedIn profile from the partners, colleagues, and executives I have worked with. They function as both recommendations and references, and they’re public so you can read them in full context. A curated set is also featured on the Recommendations page.

If you’d like to speak with a specific reference for a specific use case, that’s easy to arrange during our introductory conversations.
