Five ways to cut the noise
and move the number.
Most of the motion in a business is noise. My job is to help you separate the signal from it and focus your team on the few things that move the P&L. Pick the engagement that fits where you are right now. Retainer when you need marketing, technology, and AI leadership in your weekly cadence. Roadmap when you need a clear plan. Project work when you know what needs to ship. Workshop when your team needs to level up. A Profile Power-Up when your sales team needs their LinkedIn to earn the call.
Built for SMB and mid-market B2B companies. Senior AI, marketing, and technology leadership, scoped to where you are.

Every price is on this page. The only number that needs a conversation is project scope. That’s it.
Work with me
Five engagements. Pick yours.
Each one solves a different “I’m here right now” moment. Engage on retainer for ongoing leadership, or scope a single Roadmap, project, or workshop when you know what you need.
The Flagship
Fractional CMTO Engagements
For when the work needs senior leadership, ongoing.
Senior AI, marketing, and technology leadership at your table, on retainer, without the full-time exec salary. I sit in your leadership cadence and roll up my sleeves alongside your team. A doer, not just an advisor.
A senior leader driving the work, not just advising on it.
Or
Training Workshops
For when your team needs to level up, fast.
Half-day or full-day sessions, virtual or on-site, built around your team’s context: your tools, your motion, your buyers. Materials and frameworks they keep.
Skills they put to work right away.
LinkedIn Profile Power-Ups
For when your team’s first impression needs to earn the call.
I write every rep’s About section, headline, and role description ahead of time, then your whole team applies it live in one 90-minute session, with four branded banners, a field guide, and a manager’s checklist to carry it after. $99 per rep, five-rep minimum.
Profiles that turn a prospect’s look-up into a conversation.
Strategic Roadmaps
For when you need a real diagnosis before you act.
A two-week diagnostic across the six disciplines that move revenue. You leave with a polished analysis and a prioritized blueprint, ready to run internally, hand to an agency, or continue with Haney Strategy.
Leave knowing exactly what to fix, and in what order.
Scoped Project Work
For when you know what needs to ship.
Fixed scope, fixed timeline, fixed price. Senior execution on a defined build, scoped together after a discovery conversation. The work ships when we agreed it would.
Shipped in 30 to 60 days.

Common questions.
How much of your time do I actually get?
Each engagement has its own cadence and depth.
Training Workshops are scoped to the day. You get full focus on the agreed format, deliverables, and follow-up materials.
Scoped Project Work is built around the deliverable. The work is done when what we agreed to build is in your hands.
Strategic Roadmapping is a focused two-week engagement across AI, marketing, CRM, and the systems that move revenue for your business.
The Fractional CMTO retainer puts me in your weekly leadership cadence. Weekly calls, weekly milestones, and weekly deliverables. The focus is driving measurable business outcomes, not counting hours toward a minimum or against a cap.
What’s the minimum engagement length?
The Fractional CMTO retainer has a three-month minimum. After the minimum is fulfilled, it shifts to month-to-month at the rate you locked in.
If you started on the 12-month plan, you stay at the 12-month rate going forward. If you started on the 6-month plan and decide to extend by another six to reach a full year, the rate drops to the 12-month level for the rest of your engagement. Whatever your most recent commitment level is, that’s the rate you keep.
The structure is built to reward longer commitments without penalizing shorter ones.
Strategic Roadmaps, Scoped Project Work, and Training Workshops are scoped to their own timelines and don’t carry minimums.
Do you work with my existing team, or replace anyone?
I work with your existing team. I can also work alongside any agencies or consultants you have in place, and run point on them when that’s useful.
The role is leadership and execution combined. I drive direction, decisions, and senior-level execution alongside your team. I roll up my sleeves and work alongside the people you’ve already built around you.
What’s not included?
Anything outside of our scoped agreement.
If the scope of work starts to shift or evolve mid-engagement, we pause and reassess together. Every engagement is built around a specific measurable outcome. If the work starts pulling in a different direction, we either reshape the scope deliberately or stay focused on what we agreed to. That’s how we make sure the engagement actually delivers on the goals you set, instead of drifting.
Can we start with a smaller engagement and expand later?
Yes, absolutely. A Strategic Roadmap is a common starting point. So is a scoped project or a workshop. Each one gives both sides a clear, scoped way to start working together before considering a longer commitment.
The goal is to mirror the agreement to your actual business needs, not to box you into the largest engagement on the menu. If the right next step is a smaller one, that’s where we start.
Can I see references of your past work?
There are 65+ recommendations on my LinkedIn profile from clients, partners, and former colleagues. They function as both recommendations and references, and they’re public so you can read them in full context. A curated set is also featured on the Peer Trust page.
If you’d like to speak with a specific reference for a specific use case, that’s easy to arrange during our introductory conversations.
