Website Rebuild

Rebuilt so buyers find you, stay longer, and raise their hand.

Buyers start their research inside AI answers now, and they land on websites late in the journey, already comparing. I rebuild your site for that journey: organized around the questions buyers actually ask, and structured so the engines that answer them can quote you.

Starts with the $5,000 Blueprint· counts toward the build· rebuilds from $25,000 all-in

Five questions every buyer walks in with

And what a typical B2B website gives them

The pattern almost everywhere: answers for the buyer who already decided, nothing for the ones still deciding. The rebuild starts by mapping every question your buyers ask and giving each one a page.

Not a redesign

The website's job changed.

A redesign makes the old job prettier. A rebuild reorganizes the site around the questions buyers ask on the way to a decision, and makes those answers liftable by the engines that now answer them. Built for the buyers who visit and the AI engines they ask first.

Run the math

A thousand visitors walked in last month.

Round numbers, the way I walk it on a call. Take one month of traffic on a typical B2B site and follow where it goes.

1,000
visitors last month
10
raised their hand: a form filled, a call booked
200
existing customers, in for service and supplies
100
your own employees, checking something
690
visitors you did not pay for, gone without a word

Were some of the 690 bots, competitors, and vendors poking around? Absolutely. That is exactly why the bar is ten percent and not a fantasy number. Even ten percent is 69 raised hands. You got ten.

Why does the market lose the 690?

Written for ego, not for the customer.

Pages organized around the company chart instead of the questions buyers walk in carrying.

Pretty on the surface.

Behind the curtain, missing what the AI engines need to even know it is there.

Built in layers.

Years of different hands, broken interlinking, and aging plugins quietly dragging speed down.

A website can be an incredible asset. It can also be an anchor, while looking pretty in the process.

What the rebuild builds

Found. Guided. Moved.

The headline on this page is a spec, not a slogan. Every rebuild ships the three behaviors in it.

Found

Buyers find you.

Built to the same seven-part standard the AI Search Power-Up grades against: fast, crawlable, machine-readable, and structured so AI engines can lift your answers and cite you by name. Your site becomes signal for your ideal customer, in the places they now ask first.

Guided

Buyers stay longer.

Every page answers a real question from the map, then hands the visitor the next one. No dead ends, no org-chart navigation. Buyers linger longer when they are getting answers, and the site walks them, question by question, toward a decision.

Moved

Buyers raise their hand.

Each page is built to produce one action, with the barrier most likely to stop it named and designed against. The copy is written by me, in your voice, for your buyer. Words are the part of a website that sells, and the part most projects leave to the client.

How it runs

Blueprint. Build. True-Up.

Three phases, each with a number you saw before it started, and everything you hold is written down.

  1. 01$5,000 fixed · credits in full

    The Blueprint

The buyer journey mapped before a pixel moves: every question, every page's job, your current site graded, and the exact build quote.

  2. 02Quoted exactly by the Blueprint

    The Build

Copy, design, and engineering to the standard, then launch engineering: redirect map, indexing, and a recorded baseline. No search equity dies in the move.

  3. 03Ninety days after launch

    The True-Up

The new site re-scored against the same standard and your day-one baseline. Movement documented in both directions.

Inside the Blueprint

The $5,000 phase, spelled out.

The Blueprint is a working strategy document, not a proposal. Six things get decided in it, with you, before a pixel moves, and it ends in a number.

Contents

  1. The buyer-question inventory01

Every question your buyers ask on the way to a decision, organized by how close to buying each one is, and each assigned to a page or flagged as a gap.

  2. The conversion ladder02

Every way a buyer arrives, from AI answers to search to referral, mapped to the path they walk and the site's one job at each step.

  3. Your current site, graded03

Scored against the seven-part standard for an honest baseline. This is where the repair-or-rebuild fork gets called.

  4. The architecture, with every page's job04

Page by page: the one action it exists to produce, the barrier most likely to stop it, and the design decision aimed at that barrier.

  5. The pricing-transparency call05

Whether you publish your prices is a strategy decision. We make it together, inside the Blueprint.

  6. The content-workflow decision06

How your team edits and publishes after launch, answered for your company instead of by a platform default.

The numberFixed

Your exact build quote, with the $5,000 credited inside it when you proceed.

After the Blueprint

Then you choose.

The fork comes after the $5,000 step, not before the $25,000 one. When you make this call, you are holding the plan and your exact number.

Build with me

Your exact quote, from $25,000 all-in, with the $5,000 you already paid inside it. Strategy, copy, design, build, launch engineering, and the True-Up, from one senior seat.

One rebuild in the shop at a time. A finished Blueprint holds your place in the queue.

Keep the plan

The Blueprint is yours outright: the question map, the architecture, and every page's job, written so any competent shop can execute it.

The $5,000 never bought a website. It bought the exact number and the plan before the bigger commitment, instead of a padded guess after it.

The proof

This site is the portfolio.

Most rebuild pitches end with a portfolio link. You are already inside this one. The page you are reading answered what fractional means before you asked, published every price with its term, and walked you here from wherever you landed. Grade it against the standard. That is the inspection I invite on every page.

Strategy, copy, design, and build from one senior seat. No hand-offs, no bench.

Questions

What owners ask before they start.

What is the Website Rebuild?
A ground-up rebuild of your website for the buyer journey and AI search, delivered in three phases. The Blueprint maps every question your buyers ask on the way to a decision, grades your current site, and produces the exact build quote. It is $5,000, fixed, and credits in full toward the Build. The Build ships the new site: strategy, copy, design, engineering, and launch, from $25,000 all-in. Ninety days after launch, the True-Up scores the new site against the same seven-part standard it was built to, compared to your day-one baseline.
Why is the Blueprint paid?
Because the Blueprint prices the build. A free proposal has to guess, and guessing gets padded. The Blueprint does the strategy work first and produces a fixed quote with no open meters. It credits in full toward the Build, and if you stop after the Blueprint, you own it outright: the buyer-question map, the site architecture with every page's job, and a plan any competent shop can execute.
I already have a site. Should I repair it or rebuild it?
If the structure can hold, repair it. If it cannot, rebuild. The AI Search Power-Up is the repair door: a graded audit, the fixes shipped, and a re-score on the site you already have, at $12,000 all-in. I call the fork honestly, because both doors are priced so either answer is fine by me. And if a Power-Up audit routes you to a rebuild, the full $12,000 credits toward it for ninety days: two buyers who end with the same rebuilt site pay the same total, whichever door they came through.
Can my marketing person edit the site?
Yes. The site is yours, and the editing setup gets built around how your team actually publishes, from quick text updates to a full content workflow. We decide that together in the Blueprint, so your marketing person is never stuck waiting on anyone.
What if we part ways?
You lose nothing. Everything is yours from day one: your GitHub repository, your hosting account, your domain, your analytics. Nothing sits in my name and nothing is held hostage. The site is built on Next.js, the most widely used React framework, so any competent developer can pick it up and keep going.
What does the site cost to run?
About $20 a month in hosting for a typical marketing site, and that is the whole bill. No plugin licenses, no patching treadmill, no update-broke-the-site tickets. For comparison: a managed WordPress hosting quote I reviewed this year came in at $115 a month, before anyone touched the site.

Next step

Built to last, not rebuilt next year.

This should be the last rebuild you buy: built to a published standard, proven by the True-Up, on a foundation you own from day one. Start with a conversation.
