For founders and owners

One senior leader for marketing, technology, and AI.

You have people running the day to day. I bring the senior direction that pulls marketing, technology, and AI into one growth engine, with the range of someone who has run it from owner-led to Fortune 500, without a full-time hire.

The seat I fill

Marketing, technology, and AI, under one seat.

The growth plan, the brand, the stack, and the AI calls. They move fastest when one senior leader holds all four on the same thread. Here is everything that comes together under one seat when I fill it.

What this seat owns

  • The growth plan

Where marketing and AI move the number, written down and sequenced.

  • The brand, the website, and the words

How the business shows up, and whether it converts.

  • The marketing that runs

The campaigns and the pipeline, with a senior owner on the number.

  • The technology stack

The tools you already pay for, working as one connected stack.

  • AI, put to work

Pointed where it saves real hours and brings in real revenue.

All of it, under one senior seat.

One seat: your fractional CMTO and AI advisor, without a full-time hire.

What changes once the seat has a senior owner

What you get when one seat owns it.

Put one senior leader on marketing, technology, and AI, and four things change first.

  1. A growth plan you can actually see

The next moves written down, sequenced, and moving on a weekly cadence.

  2. Marketing that runs on its own rhythm

Owned and accountable, so momentum holds through even your busiest weeks.

  3. AI put to work on your business, not the headlines

A small business can put AI to work in days, not quarters. I point that speed at a first move that saves you real hours.

  4. Net-new arriving on purpose

The referrals that built you keep coming, now alongside a pipeline you can forecast and repeat.

What I believe

Marketing, technology, and AI are one growth engine now.It runs best with one senior leader who owns all three. That is the seat I fill.

The range behind the seat

Senior range, on your side of the table.

26

Years across sales, marketing, technology, and AI, grounded across SMB, mid-market, and Fortune 500

You are handing one senior seat to one person, so the range behind it has to be real. I have spent 26 years carrying the number across companies of every size, and I have been hands-on with frontier AI since 2024, building in production, not reading about it.

I have sat where you sit, owner-led and lean, and I have led marketing and technology at Fortune 500 scale. Your business gets the senior version of that, backed by an MIT certificate in AI and digital transformation.

Ways to work together

Where owners start with me.

You do not have to hand it all over at once. Most owners start with a plan they can see, then give the seat more as it proves out, from a standing weekly cadence, to a single build, to a workshop for the people you already have.

FAQ

Questions owners ask me

How does bringing in this seat actually start?
It starts small and low-commitment. The Strategic Roadmap is a two-week deep dive that maps where marketing and AI fit your business and in what order, with quick wins you can run in the first 30 days. You do not have to commit to a retainer to get real value on day one. Most owners start there, see the plan, and decide how much to hand to the seat from there.
Is my business big enough for this?
If you have a real business and a real growth goal, yes. The work is the same caliber whether you are an owner-led shop or a larger company, and the engagements are sized to what your business actually needs. The point is to put senior leadership in the seat now, so growth runs on a real plan and a steady cadence from day one.
I already have a marketing person, or an agency. Where do you fit?
Right alongside them, never in place of them. I work as the senior marketing and technology leadership, set the direction, make the calls on AI and tooling, and give your marketing person or agency a clear plan and a partner in the execution. When it helps, I run point on the agency too. The people doing the work are an asset I lead and elevate, never displace.
Is this just AI, or actual growth?
Growth first. AI is the lever, not the point. I find where AI saves you real hours and where marketing brings in net-new business, then I put both to work on the number. You will never get a pile of AI experiments with no connection to revenue, because the only thing that matters here is the growth of your business.
