The Voice Profile
Crafted around your company and the person behind every message: your brand voice, each rep's tone, and their background. Nothing more, so the writing looks and feels genuine.
Three Vertical Market Battle Cards
One battle card for each vertical market your company focuses on, up to three. Each card maps your key offering to that market: the persona you sell to, the pressures they are working under, the reasons you win, and the proof that backs it up.
The First-Touch Library
For each vertical, an intro email and a LinkedIn first touch, written to the targeted persona in each rep's voice. Every template arrives polished, with the personalization spots built in: company name, contact name, and the details that make each send theirs.
The Follow-Up
The secondary email for each vertical, with the timing outlined for your team to follow, so no first touch ever goes abandoned. The part almost everyone skips is built in from the start.

The planning session
Thirty minutes with your sales leader. We align on your verticals, your voice, and what winning looks like, so every kit reflects how your team actually sells.
The intake
One short company intake covers your offering, your proof, and your tools. Each sales professional adds a few real sent emails and a 15-minute form. That is the whole ask.
The build
Every kit runs through a custom Claude Code workflow I developed and coded, then I hand-tune each one: their voice, their verticals, their proof. I do not ship a kit I would not send from.
The working session
One live session over video. I walk the team through their kits, the workflows, and the best practices, with hands-on prompt practice so everyone can write the next message themselves.
The rhythm
The team playbook documents every workflow, and the sales manager's weekly checklist keeps it alive, person by person. A great day that fades by Friday is a wasted day.
The debrief
Two weeks later, you and I talk. I tell you straight what I saw: where your team is strong, where the friction is, and where the biggest gains are hiding.
