Challenge
Xerox was building and scaling its IT Services, Cybersecurity, and Workflow Automation offerings across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. The division needed a complete go-to-market engine: lead generation, SEO, sales enablement, public relations, and demand generation infrastructure across three countries with different market dynamics.
Approach
Owned end-to-end marketing for IT Services, Cybersecurity, and Workflow Automation as Global VP, IT Services Marketing. Built the full GTM stack: demand generation programs, SEO strategy, sales enablement toolkits, PR campaigns, and cross-regional content strategy. Led a team of marketing leaders and SMEs alongside business leaders in the IT Division.

Challenge
Hoffman Homes for Youth, a nonprofit founded in 1903 providing behavioral health and educational services for individuals ages 6-21, needed a complete digital transformation. Their existing web presence did not reflect the quality of their Joint Commission-accredited programs and made it difficult for families in crisis to find the information they needed.
Approach
Designed and built hoffmanhomes1910.org from scratch as a custom Next.js application. No templates, no WordPress, no page builders. Full ownership of code, design direction, and build, with client collaboration on content and direction.

Challenge
The managed services industry was experiencing rapid AI curiosity but widespread implementation paralysis. MSP owners and executives wanted practical guidance on building AI workflows, not theoretical presentations.
Approach
Designed and led a 4-hour hands-on workshop on building custom AI workflows at IT Nation Connect, the premier MSP industry conference. Attendees built working workflows during the session. Participated in AI panel discussions at both 2024 and 2025 events.
